I can't fit all the information that I want on the tag in the space provided.
Each tag, collar and leash has a limit to the number of lines and characters that may be engraved or embroidered on it. However, our larger tags, particularly the medium and large stainless steel tags, have greater limits than the others. Each line on the tag order forms show the character limits for that line.
A week has gone by and I have not received my order. What should I do?
We use the U.S. Postal Service to deliver our products. Sometimes delays may occur. Please wait 14 days for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders before contacting us if you have not received your order.
How do I apply the Quiet Collar Tag?
Using the tag as a guide, mark the desired position for holes in your collar. Then carefully punch holes in your collar using a sharp instrument (such as an ice pick or a nail). Apply the tag by placing the tag over the holes in your collar and inserting the rivets through the tag and the collar. Place the collar on a hard, flat surface and tap the rivets down flush with the collar using a hammer.
