2.  Information for each line is limited to a set number of characters including spaces. If you wish to leave any of the information on your tag blank, please type "NONE" in the box.

3.  If the tag is for a pet, you may want to put the pet's name on Line 1 and include the contact info. on the other lines.  You may need to abbreviate long names or addresses to fit or put the info on more than one line.
